As the weather gets warmer it's time to start thinking about your spring wardrobe. If your closet is overflowing with clothes it's time for a purge. Get rid of anything you haven't worn in the last year doesn't fit well or is in poor condition. This will make room for new pieces that you'll actually want to wear.

When shopping for your spring wardrobe look for items that are versatile and can be mixed and matched. A few key pieces like a denim jacket or a flowy dress can go a long way. And don't forget the basics! A well-stocked closet should have plenty of neutral tops and bottoms that can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion.

Organize your spring wardrove

Spring is just around the corner so it’s time to bring your wardrobe into the present. Start by grouping all of your spring clothing together. This will make it much easier to choose what outfit to wear. Find your main items like dresses skirts blouses jeans shorts t-shirts tank tops light jackets and take a count. Do you need any more? An organized pile of your spring clothes will help you see if you are missing something in your wardrobe. You can also do the same thing by eliminating any clothing that doesn’t fit or doesn’t need anymore.

Update Your Wardrobe and Fill in the Gaps

After taking a look at what items you have in your wardrobe that can be worn during spring you have a better idea of what to look for when shopping for new spring clothing. Do you need lighter fabrics? Swimwear? Athletic/outerwear? Create a wish list before hitting the mall. Try to think about items that would be necessary additions or updates to your wardrobe for spring and stick to budget restrictions.
